Refunds

Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for our community and teachers, the following policy applies to all bookings:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class begins.

    • If you late cancel or do not show up, the following applies based on your pass type:

    Class Pass Holders

  • First no-show or late cancellation: gentle warning
  • Second no-show or late cancellation: one class will be deducted from your class pass
  • Continued no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions
  • No refunds on Class passes purchased

    Unlimited Members

  • Two no-shows within 14 days will result in a five-day suspension of booking access
  • Continued no-shows or late cancellations may lead to longer suspensions or membership review
  • No refunds on memberships purchased

We handle refunds with your privacy in mind, ensuring that any financial information used in the refund process is treated with the highest security and confidentiality standards.
